Minimum booth size is 10’ x 10”and includes 1- 8’ table and 2 chairs. Shipping and ancillary are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Booth spaces are around the exterior of the Church and are covered by an awning. Some electrical outlets are available but are not at each booth. Booth can be moved into the interior of the church overnight in lieu of breaking down.

These terms and conditions are an integral part of this agreement which, when accepted, represents a binding commitment for the applicant to exhibit at this expo and for WHR to provide booth space. Applicant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement, as well as all other rules and regulations established. If applicant fails to abide by any such terms and conditions, rules and regulations, WHR may suspend the applicant’s right to exhibit and seek damages for breach of this agreement. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
