Applicant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement, as well as all other rules and regulations established. If applicant fails to abide by any such terms and conditions, rules and regulations, WHR may suspend the applicant’s right to exhibit and seek damages for breach of this agreement. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
