Exhibitor Information
- Booth Exhibitor set up is Friday Sept. 28th, from 9am – 7pm CT.
- Proof of Liability Insurance will be required of all vendors.
Exhibitors with valuable equipment (computers, etc.) are responsible for theft coverage. Montague County Western Heritage Roundup, Montague County Child Welfare Board and the Bowie Civic Center will not be responsible for theft.
Tear Down th Trade Show ends and tear-down can begin Sunday September 30th after 4pm CT– NOT BEFORE
Your booth comes standard w/ (1) 8’ table w/ skirting and (2) folding chairs. Electricity will be available at no charge.
