The Montague County Child Welfare Board is pleased to present the Heart Gallery – collections of professional photographs of children available for adoption (none depicted from Montague County). These children are available and desperately in need of adoption. The photos and accompanying life stories are touching to look at – a true Heart appeal.
This program has been very successful in matching children with potential parents. Adoption of these kids will greatly enhance their lives and give them the opportunity to realize their full potential.
The photos will be prominently displayed throughout the county in cooperatiing businesses. The photos were first displayed in the county at a special ceremony at the Tales and Trails Museum in Nocona. A reception was held, and Board Member Don MacLaughlin presented his on personal history and touching story as a Foster Parent and subsequently as an Adoptive Parent.
It is a wonderful thing that can be done for the life of a child.
